I just picked up a used oil cooler really cheap, but it has -8AN fittings. What do I need to do in order for it to work with the -10AN lines that are typically used with this kind of thing? Also what would be the best block adaptor to use with it?
I'm really just trying to figure out if it's worth the trouble of piecing together my own kit to save some money, or just sell this cooler and buy a complete kit. Any advice is greatly appreciated!

Get some -10 fittings for the cooler and a DRM block adapter. The DRM adapter lets you reinstall oil temp sender without having to modify the wiring. DRM also sells lines that may fit your application.
If the cooler can't be refitted with -10 fittings then the -8 will work but it will be tough to find a block adapter with -8 fittings. Good Luck.
