1999 will not start

1999 will not start

Looking for help on what may have happen. Started my 1999 and it ran 10 seconds and quit like I had turn it off. and now when I try to restart the gauges jump, DIC shows low voltage , but turns over and battery is full. Any help will be appreciated.

That's fine. More than one Thread just means we have took at both for what is going on with regard to diagnostics progress.
