Error code C 1711 anybody else problem?

Error code C 1711 anybody else problem?
My Corvette C5 Europe model. I have recieved an error message on the display
C 1711 which means that lf shock absorber solenoid has short GND!
I hoped easily to solve the problems and bought a simualtor kit for all the shocks absorber to avoid the problem with the limited speed in 80 mph!
Unfortunately, it didn`t help even after using the Tech II instrument to clean the History message!
Has anyone encountered the same problem and where shall I start finding the short ground problem?????
Is the short ground inside the shock absorber or outside ?
Is it possible to turn the the whole system by a Tech II instrument? Can I still use the standardshock absorber or do I have to change them all?
I know that I have a ground fault but not in the lf front shock absorber!
but WHERE???? is the short ground?
If someone have had the same problem please give me som good advise how to fix this “hugE” problem
