Default harness mounting advice wanted

I'm interested in installing a Brey Krause harness bar and BK lap/sub mounts in my '02 Z06. I'd also like to install Schroth Hybrid II 6-pt. harnesses, both driver's and passenger's. Primary use will be everyday on the streets in lieu of stock seat belts (present but unused) and airbags, with racing being a secondary consideration. As this will be all new to me, I welcome any advice experienced folks have to offer.

For example, is there any difficulty connecting Schroth's "B14" latches (made for eye bolts) to BK's lap/sub mounts (not eye bolts)? Do they fit fine as-is, or should the "B14" latches be replaced with something else? Like what?

Given the BK bar's ability to hold the shoulder harnesses in place laterally, is there a real need for an H strap with stock Z06 seats (either behind the seat or as a chest strap)? Although replacing the stock seats is an option for me, it's not my preference, so I'd rather make this work with them.

Does anyone have experience keeping the unused passenger straps tamed while driving? Do you connect them to the hub and tighten? or tuck them behind the seat (so that pre-loosening isn't required when someone next sits there)? or is there another option?

I'm sure getting into the harnesses on a daily basis will be less convenient than the stock seat belt, but is it absurdly so, or only mildly so?

If you have any other advice, I welcome it. You're also welcome to poo-poo all over my plans, whether from mere preference or from sound reason, although the latter would better suit my purposes.

Thanks, all.

Stock Z seats will require an H strap and would really be better if they were taken to an upholstery shop and had the slot that's already in them opened like the sports seats.

I fasten and tighten them. Tucking them away never seemed to work all that well.

Mildly so, you get used to it.

Not familiar with the belt ends.

Thanks, Last C5. That's very helpful.

I didn't know about the "hidden belt slots" in the Z seats. That's a very intriguing option.

Not slots, the inside of the back of the Z seat is exactly the same as the sports seats that have the opening in the high middle of the back. Any competent upholsterer can open that area and you have instant belt retainage.
