B&M shift plus
Has anybody tried or used this shift improver plus switch
I have recently bought a new to me a 2000 black convertible. It feels like it has a cam and some motor tuning, with headers and cat back exhaust with a CAI, But the trans shifting is pretty lame
My wife has a 2000 coupe with a diablosport Itune. and shifts great
I thought the B&M shift plus would be just the ticket @ $35.00
Whats Y'alls thoughts on thoughts an this?

I wouldn't use it. If it does have a cam, it would have to have been reprogrammed/tuned. There should have been changes done to improve shift quality and needed changes for shift points. I would start by pulling the codes. Checking the fluid level and condition. If the fluid smells burnt, call rpm.

I bought the car from a chevy dealer, so there is a chance they may have reflashed the computer
the more I drive it the better it shifts, its learning
and in third gear it will hold 6700 rpm, with the throttle to the floor.
I don't remember what the max rpm should be
another question: is there a way to get the trans to shift into OD, at full throttle?
