I'm in the process of putting a big break kit on my C5 Z, I bout it used and got some ss lines with it. I went to put the lines on last night and they won't thread onto the factory hard lines. The lines I have are Earls 63010114 which have a -3 AN fitting on the hard line side and it looks like an adapter for npt on the caliper side which is what it needs to be for these.
So what type of thread does the car have? It looked to be the same size last night but it was getting late and I was tired/frustrated....

I cannot give you an exact size but I can probably bet they are Metric.
I just went through replacing ALL of my brake lines on my 03 Silverado due to the ever popular and well know rust issue as one of the lines blew out while i was driving. The replacement Stainless Steel set had metric flair nuts and I had to use a metric flair wrench.
Well it's a 10 mm dps flare nut on the hard line and a -3 an for the brake line so if anyone has a clue where I could get an adapter like that please chime in.
