WTF??? Memory & All Power Accessories Stopped Working :(
Ok what gives? Yesterday I went through a drive through for breakfast; after rolling up the window and heading on my way to run errands everything was working great. When I got out of my car at my first stop, EVERYTHING STOPPED WORKING: Sticking the key in the ignition - NO automatic power seat adjustment moving forward into position. NO automatic power door locks locking at 10-15 mph - NO power windows - NO power door locks - NO memory - NO power seat moving back into rear position after removing key. The security system is working but the door locks will not activate with the key fob. The rear trunk hatch on both the console and the key fob work fine. I searched the forum and found some info on the wiring harness between the door and the body but jiggling the harness did nothing.
Is this the first sign of the battery taking a dump??? Is there a fuse or a relay that I should be checking?

Could easily be the battery. Pull it and have it load tested. When voltage drops below a thresh hold value (around 9 volts) many of the electrical system cease to function.
Could also be the connectors in the A pillar that service the door that have lost connectivity (serial data buss usually) and can affect multiple electrical systems in the car.
Try pulling the codes and post ALL of them here:

Post ALL your codes including the H or C or HC that follows each 5 character code. If you have any Unnnn codes then list the sensor under which the Unnnn code appears. For example 28-TCS U1016.
The same Unnnn codes can appear under multiple sensors and it is helpful to know which sensor the Unnnn code is associated with.

Also, the key fob won't unlock the doors on the first push - it disarms the alarm - but then it unlocks the doors on the second push...
