low oil pressure cause fuel pump not work
I was driving my '04 C5 everything was fine i went to lane changegave it a little gas and i lost power in the engine. i repeatedly try to start it and all it did was crank over. towed home thinking it was the fuel pump.got home charged the battery up and thought i would try to start it for the heck of it. it started ran for a little while and died again. i read in corvette forum how to bypass the fuel pump relay switch to see if the fuel pump was bad. my car started no problem when i ran a jump wire. but now on it reads " low oil level" i checked the level on the dip stick and it's fine. i put another relay in place of the old one and the car won't start now. does the low oil level have something to do with the fuel pump not working?? or by some chance would I have a bad ground which could cause these issues???? I'm baffled

Why did you have to charge the battery? Corvettes do strange things with a weak or bad battery, you should have it checked. Low oil light will not cause it to not start or run. Use the dic and pull and post the codes.

Id be willing to bet you have a bad ground if your battery is good. Mine did exact same thing after my HCI install. Forgot to button up a ground to the PCM...wiggles off and car was dead with low oil alert on DIC. 10 min fix... GL
