Default power seat help needed

Has anyone had their power seat motors go out?
My drivers side stopped working, fortunately in a spot where I can drive it just fine. The telescopic feature also stopped, I know this is also tied into the SCM. I have three codes BO846 HC, and BO856HC and B2857 HC,
Manual says to scan, but that is not an option. I could take it in, but think it my be cheaper to get one on Ebay or someplace and trade it out. What do you guys think?

Not at home with the FSM but did a search that suggested it may be a wiring or connector issue. I would look there first. Will get back later. Not common but have seen connector issues before under the seat.

Thanks Dadaroo, I should also mention when it stopped I checked the fuse under the passenger compartment, and it was extremely hot. Also, I do have power on the lumbar support.

Fuse or Circuit Breaker 35? Are you having a battery drain issue also?

B0846 SCM Memory voltage problem

B0856 Telescoping Column position sensor issue

B02857 Telescoping Column Out Switch shorted to ground

Circuit breaker 35. I switched the two seat circuit breakers to make sure, and both worked fine on the passenger seat. No battery drain.
The car was fine until I went to move the seat up and forward, and it slowed to a stop , followed with the dash light show. I checked the seat switch with the passenger one and it was fine. There is power as the lumbar works fine. I doubt all three motors stopped at the same time, but? I wonder if when I moved the seat the threaded (not sure what the actual name is) rods jammed up, thus drawing too much on the electronics, thus the hot CB? The seat has a broken plastic piece on one of the seat movement rods that I pieced together with a hose clamp, but its been on a while and no problems. But, I have never just raised the seat up and forward like that before either as I was looking for a small article under the seat.
