Two lights out on instrument panel
The lights on the 'fuel' and 'gages' buttons have gone out. How difficult is it to replace bulbs for these? Anyone have a write up on doing it?

I think one bulb illuminates two buttons.Easy to change the bulb AFTER you remove the cluster.Not as hard as you would think it is.Good time to upgrade to LEDs while everything is apart!

I can provide some info for you on getting to the DIC for bulb replacement just not home now. The bulbs are in a plastic housing which can be twisted out and then you can install a new bulb. The OEM bulbs had a blue tint on them to make the color more white. Based on what you want to do I can provide a Radio Shack bulb P/N (no tint) or you can contact tstar who is a Forum member here and buy a used OEM one he removed in doing LED upgrades. I bought a bunch of OEM ones from him before, all in great working condition.

Had a bulb go out on me as well a while back . Like dadaroo stated, contact tstar and he'll hook you up. It's a wee bit time consuming to tear the dash apart to get to it but it isn't that hard to do !
