stall converter
hi everybody new to the fourm but have a few questions hopefully you guys can shed some light....have a 2000 a4 convertable have all the major bolt on's long tubes x pipe magna flow mufflers black wig filter vararam air bridge also diablo in tuner ...car has the 3:15 gear ...my question i want to put in a stall but here a lot of different answers ...its not driven daily just a weekend toy but want to take the next step in making it faster ...thanks for your input on this ..

Putting in a stall is the first thing I do on any automatic sports car I buy. I did a 4000 on my Camaro but only a 3200 on my Vette. I should have gone with another 4000 but lesson learned. The size is all up to your personal preference. Some will say the 4000 is way to big but I love it. The easiest way to tell what you may like is to drive some others that people own. A stall will really help the acceleration performance of your car.

I ~just~ finished installing a Yank 3200 stall in my coupe that has 3:15 gears. I've driven it a total of three times now, but so far, I LOVE it! It delivers SO MUCH more power to the wheels....acceleration is soooo much more pronounced! 
I'd suggest that you do it!
