Get thee a Torx T15 screwdriver applied to the little adjusting screw which is outboard of the lamp itself. Lie on the floor facing the car and you'll see the place to do it.
Generally, many people report that four clockwise turns brings the fog lamps up where they would like them. They are fog lamps though, not driving lamps.

Replace the stock bulb with Sylvania 885's the 50W bulb much brighter than stocker. Same connector. I use mine for Driving lights when the sun goes down, they look COOL! :cool:
First, there is no horizontal (side to side) adjustment. You can only go up & down.
The small round hole in the front of the fog light shroud is where you place your torx driver (or allen wrench) to adjust the fog light.
Place the car on a level surface approx. 25 ft away from a taget screen (blank surface). Adjust the fog lamp up or down until the top edge of the high intensity zone on the screen is 4 in below the hoizontal centerline of the vehicle.
