I am looking for oil drain plug torque spec for 2004 vert.

18 Ft-Lbs for oil pan drain plug is correct.
22 Ft-Lbs for oil filter.

Not quite.....


You tighten it until you feel the threads start to strip, then back off 1/8 turn.
