This situation: light throttle in between 2300-2800rpms (5-15%) going up a hill the car misses. It's seeming to only be cylinder 2 that's missing. If I give it more throttle it's completely gone, and if I have it at any other rpms it isn't there.

The car is a 2001 z06 with almost 80k on it. It has a vararam intake, long tube headers, borla catback, and a tune. I'm taking it in Tuesday to get the tune checked, but I don't think this is the issue considering it seems to be consistently cylinder 2.
