Car will not start
2000 Vette and I am not getting any voltage at the starter, other than the TRD is there a neutral safety switch on the steering column also. The car is a 6 speed manual and there are no codes. Also, anyone know of an easy way to remove the Theft Deterrent Relay, I am finding it almost impossible to unplug the connector.

I removed the green saftey tab on the relay and can wiggle a small screw driver to the bottom of the clip to push in the catch. However, the wiring harness and padding are almost unmovable and I do not want to pull on the wires to disengage the plug.

My HVAC fan quit when I was at an autocross, and I kept the AC on to keep the engine oil cooler. The fan had to be replaced by the relay (Fan motor) was good. I am thinking the TD relay might have been compromised. Unfortunately it is now in the 30's and tooooo cold to work on.
