Default Aiming headlights help

Stock '04 Z06 here... I've attempted to aim my headlights with low beams to make them as level as possible. However, when I turn on the high beams, the driver's side appears to aim at the ground. When I level both headlights using the high beams, the driver's side low bean aims too high.

Am I doing something wrong? Or, is something amiss with my headlights?

Thx

Stock headlights? Kind of sounds like the inherent issue with the high beam allignment on the ACA projector headlights.

The passenger and driver front headlight glass is stamped with "Guide", "DOT", "HB3" and "HB4".

Make sure both bulbs are seated properly in the housing. Sounds like one might be improperly installed or something happened to that headlight.

Some of the factory lamp housings were not molded properly. And because there was no independent aligning of the low and high beam lamps, the beam patterns could be way off.

On my '02 OEM lamps, I could align the low beams properly but the right side high beam was 6' higher at 30 feet. The left side high beam pointed to the left of center and was about 2 feet high at the same distance. I did check to make sure the bulbs were solidly in place and even tried different bulbs

I recently bought a HID setup from The Radioflyer and his package uses the ACA lamp housing and both high and low beam patterns are aligned properly.

LOL! Exactly. It's all good until I flip on the highbeams. I'll inspect and compare both headlamps to see if something needs replacing, thanks.
