Build your own exhaust system
I have a friend that knows to build exhaust systems, so instead of buying an borla or corsa maybe I let him do this to me, but is there any risk to damage something with an custom built system. What can go wrong.

I would think as long as the custom setup is not too restrictive... that any basic custom concept would work just fine. You may gain a few horsepower and you could lose horsepower. Do you have a dyno near by for testing? Are you doing this to save money... or are you just trying to come up with something different?

The reason I do this is because i dont have so much cash over to mods, if I order something from the states i`ll have to pay allot of extra tax.
If I had the extra cash then there would be a borla stinger sitting in my car now :cry

Thats correct so if the stingers cost 599$ and then the shipping (I´ll guess )70$ to sweden and then the 25% tax on it, makes 836$ thats a little bit over my budget. :(
