taillight lens have gap
I just bought my c5 and needed the taillight bulbs to be replace. After replace the bulb, I notice there's a small gap on top of the taillight and the housing. Any secret of installing the lens? I tried and tried with no luck. Thanks for any help.

It's a known issue. Some of the supporting vendors sell a seal kit that provides some sort of gasket around each lens to close the gap between the lens and bumper cover. It also keeps water out of the light housing so you don't get the water dribble from behind the lenses after washing the car.

You can make your own seal kit using a silicone gasket strip sold at Lowes. There's a "how-to" posted on the forum with everything you need to know. Only costs $10 or so and works great -- seals perfectly.
