MAF eh, aftermarket for California?
Is this stuff a performance enhancing "mod"?
I can't find the carbon fiber set up like this anywhere in any Halltech sites. Perhaps an older system?

the maf looks stock and so does the throttle body, it just looks like they put a halltech plate on it... the only thing that appears to be aftermarket is your carbon fiber bridge and the air filter
