I have a 2002 Base Model Corvette Convertible that I can not get to pass NC inspection. Too Many Readiness Codes. Actually there are only two. Catalyst not reset and secondary air system not reset. Just today I took it to the Chevy dealer and had the PCM re-programmed. I then drove it 30 miles to reset the readiness codes and they did not reset. One of the codes in the system was P-0410 (Fuel Sending Unit). I was told that the RH Sending unit and Tank Assembly is actually one unit and the tank assembly has been discontinued. I can order a sending unit for approximately $350 but that alone may not fix the problem. Any suggestions would be appreciated. My plates expire the end of Feb so if I can't get it to pass inspection by then I will have to park it.

Drive it a few more miles if you don't have a check engine light. Those codes can take a while to reset. The P0410 is a code for the the secondary air injection system and has nothing to do with the fuel system.
