I'm a little concerned with my auto Trans in my 2000 c5. My rear end started roaring really badly so I got it fixed and changed to ratio to 3.42 now my trans is acting wierd. When I'm in 4th it's like it goes back into 3rd then back into 4th just does it repeatedly after a period of time. I bought a tuner for it but ended up getting the wrong one so I took it back and ordered the hyperpac power programmer but I'm not sure that's going to fix it. Would it have anything to do with the speedometer not being right? When I got it back from the rear end shop I had my dad follow and the mph was off like 2-3 mph which isn't bad but could that really affect how the transmission acts? Help is definitely needed

If it is that then can I just reprogram or be better off gettin a new one?
You're going to have to take it to a tuner (someone who has done C5's before) to get the trans to shift right. You can't do those changes with a handheld tuner.
