Default C6 Z06 brake owners/gurus, please help!!!

I have always wanted my C5 to have BIG BRAKES! nothing is more aesthetically pleasing (my opinion) than wide open chrome rims, with 6-pots in the front, and 4 in the rear but the kits are for the most part, prohibitively expensive for me well im just lucky that the c6 z06 brakes are EXACTLY what i want and MUCH cheaper. Ive been doing LOTS of research on whether my wheels will actually fit them, and I think they will, but I want to get the opinions of the people that have been there done that with this mod already.

I have read in 2 different threads that the general rule of thumb is that if you measure from the outboard most location on your stock front calipers, to the inboard side of the spokes on your wheels, and your measurement is greater than 5/8 or 3/4 of an inch, that your set up will clear the calipers. My set up is 18X9.5 with a +54 offset, and 7.38 back spacing. Also in the pics you will see that my calipers clear my spokes by a little more than an inch. Im wondering what the experts think from what I have compiled, and whether you think they will work on my set up

Thanks for checkin out my thread, hope to hear back about this soon and thanks ahead of time!!!

Try and post a pic of the entire wheel, it looks like you should be ok, from your deminsions, also keep an eye out in the c6 forum for used sets, or if you want to buy new, west coast corvette has the most complete package for the money, I bought mine from there and it's a complete set up including Motul fluid and your choice of brake pad compound.

Do the 6-pots need adapters to go on C5 spindles or do the bolt hole centers match up?

They are a direct bolt on, just have to have clearance for your wheels. Here's the pics as requested. They are the deep dish thin spokes sold by oewheel. 18x9.5 and 19x10 in the rear

Yes please that would be very helpful. If you can at least get the distance from the outboard face of the caliper, to the face of the rotor, I would be grateful. Are the set back on the z06 rotors the same as the stockers?

That template looks useful , I measured from the front face of the rotor to the front face of the caliper , 2 1/4" .

I don't think the inside face etc would give you any problems .
