Default C5 electrical issues- help!!

I am having multiple Electrical/Security issues with my 2002 corvette.

Service Column Lock- I purchased a LMC5 kit to fix this problem. I'm supposed to get it in this week so i plan to install this weekend.

Windhield Wipers- Always worked, but all of the sudden not working..?

HVAC- Drivers side blows cold air only, passenger side only blows hot air. Just recently had wiring replaced on drivers side (mechanic said wires were fried). Also had Drivers side actuator replaced (mechanic mentioned this also wasn't working) and after all of this i'm still getting the same issue noted above on the drivers side. I am receiving the B0441, B0446, and U1064 when i run the DIC, which is leading me to believe it may have something to do with the BCM.

I'm really aggravated since i spent a good deal of $ to replace what i thought was the problem and the HVAC still isn't working properly. My mechanic mentioned that the computer (or BCM) might need re-programming and that only a GM dealership could do that.

I am wondering if the Wiper and HVAC issue has anything to do with the service column lock issue...? Would the successful install of the LMC kit possibly fix the HVAC and Wiper issues?

Any thoughts, suggestions, advice would be greatly appreciated. I know you guys know your stuff and want to avoid going to a dealership at all costs!!

Thanks for the help with this!

The wipers are now working- i noticed that the drivers side floor board was soaked so there was definitely water contamination.

No luck on the HVAC issue. The drivers side only blows cold air and the passengers side is set to hot. Both do not adjust temperature when adjusting the hot/cold controls on the HVAC display.

The drivers side actuator was replaced but the passenger side wasn't. With that being said you would think that the drivers side should definitely work... maybe ill try the steps mentioned in the HVAC link again in an attempt to recalibrate.

Any other suggestions??? I love this car but this issue is driving me crazy!!

I checked passenger side and saw no evidence of water infiltration on BCM or fuse box. Wipers are now going on and off randomly and still having HVAC issue...

Deep breathe...don't panic 8VETTE7 will get you though this...I will be watching and learning. It's a BIG + you don't have further H20 infiltration that could have been huge.

Great, thanks for the help with this. I didn't notice that the wiper well drains were relatively dry when I checked yesterday, but I will dig into this more later on when I have some time.

I'm going to ask that the mechanic that replaced the driver side actuator take another look into it (he replaced wiring and actuator on driver side and its still only blowing cold).

What about the passenger side only blowing hot? Its the opposite of the problem I'm experiencing on the drivers side. Do you think this could be an actuator problem as well?
