I replaced mine with Hinson units. I started with the driver side, on a lift with a buddy to help. I could swear there was no way the original mount would ever come out. After I fought with it for half an hour, my buddy barely touched it and it came out. From there on it was a breeze. It is all about figuring the right angle it takes.

I did not remove anything other than the manifolds, because I was installing headers at the same time. I had the car on the lift and the engine was pushed up no more than an inch. I unscrewed the three bolts that hold the motor mount bracket to the block. From there on it is easy.
One thing to keep in mind tho is that your entire drivetrain is held to the chassis in three places. On each side of the motor and in the center of your diff. If you change the motor mounts, I would recommend changing the transmission mount at the same time. If you start at decent time in the morning, you should be done by lunch.
Yeah the fronts aren't that hard. How much time does the rear one take? Havent played with the rear at all yet. Prob reseal my diff and do the rear mount when I get the time.
Basically there are two bolts in the middle of your rear cradle that are really easy to get to. What is a a little harder is raising the tranny up to free the mount without dropping the the rear cradle. I think it is easier task than the engine mounts. In my case I did it before I had the engine mounts bolted down, but I don't know how much of a difference that made.
