HUD controls...does the PAGE button light up??

HUD controls...does the PAGE button light up??
I got it all installed.....all the stuff lights up with lights on......EXCEPT the PAGE button ...... is it suppost to light up???
please someone that has HUD go take a peak and let me know as I am not gonna put the dash back on til I know

Hey, quick question for you to answer after you get your dash put back together. I remember reading that the HUD requires a "special" windshield that reflects the image projected by the HUD back towards the driver at the correct reflection angle. Is this true or have I forgot that I've smoked some good stuff in the past? Either way, the HUD is sweet, I've realized lately how little I look at my analog gauges during normal driving. When I'm ripping around, I reference the analog tach because it's a lot easier to read that the stupid digital sweep tach, but other than that, it's all HUD.

tony.........all of it lights up EXCEPT the PAGE button on QUIKAG's, SenseiEarl's, JWSchmidt's and mine.......you SURE the PAGE button glowed???

I happened to remember this morning while I was sitting waiting for the gate into the parking garage to open. All buttons were light up, I even turned off the lights to make sure. Let me go back intot he parkign garage and check it again.

With some of the Dealerships around some would probably not even notce it was not a factory install.

I am NOT gonna take that dash apart again...
just did it again to plug in the hazard lights
1 hr IF I wouldnt have had a screw leftover :cuss

Mine also lights up but very dim. It has always been that way. I wouldn't take it in for warranty, they'll probably screw something up.
