problem with new DIC code
I finally was able to change the oil and take my 2000 coupe out for a nice ride today in ohio and it was running great with no problems , I was on my way home and suddenly got a check engine light. I pulled the car over and did the on car diagnostics and got a PO430 code which is a (catalyst system efficiency bank 2 ) My question is ,do you thinks its from sitting for the winter ( p.s. I run it once a week for about 15 minutes thru out winter time, any thoughts Thanx

I would reset the code and keep on driving it awhile and see if it comes back. Sometimes my 04 will set codes the first drive of spring but never come back after I erase them. At least worth a try and won't cost anything to do.
