C5 Headlight Issues

C5 Headlight Issues
Hey Guys,
The headlights on my 03 C5 are having some problems going down, but it is only after I have taken the car for a drive. They go down fine when I first start it. They also pop up on occassion on their own when the switch is in the off position. Its very strange as it is definitely an intermittent issue. My dad and I were thinking it could be a bad relay, but I wanted to get some advice from you all, as maybe someone has come across this problem before. Oh and on top of all that now it turns over slowly and has some trouble starting. I took it to autozone to have it tested and the battery and alternator are working fine. So maybe they are related. Anyway, I wanted to thank you all in advance as this forum has already been a great help. I had the issue with the EBCM where my abs and traction control kept going in and out. I was able to fix the bad solder point from the factory with help from this forum. So anyway thank you all again. I would appreciate any suggestions or advice for the headlights though.

Do you have the Twilight Sentinel option? If so, is it ON?
Look into your owners manual and it will explain the operation in the External Lights section. If you have TS and it is ON, turn it OFF and then let's see what issues remain.
