Parking brake adjuster question
Trying to adjust parking brakes again and this guy is free wheeling. Did I twist off a bolt or is he just seized up?

If you turn that part over, there is a hole with threads in it that the adjusting bolt screws into. The adjusting bolt has a wide slot in the head that is engaged by one side of the park brake shoe. Unless the threads are stripped it should adjust. Or perhaps the bolt is seized in the part? That would keep it from turning with the shoe on.

It looks like the adjuster bolt is bottomed in the adjuster. Consider the part with the teeth a big nut and the part with the head that engages the shoe as a bolt. Get a grip on both parts and force them to turn.
