I came across this problem when trying to swap out to c6 z06 shocks - I couldn't even get a jack under the rear puck! So I got it up and was going to adjust the ride height but I'm pretty sure it's all the way up, about 12 threads showing on the adjustment screw. From the pictures you can see how the front is different from the rear. I have a 2000 coupe with FE1 suspension and it has 55000 miles. Is it possible the rear spring is sagging?

In a word ... uh... yea....
Obviously the spring is shot. I see a non-stock exhaust system there too.
These springs can't take a lot of heat. If the springs get hot they will delaminate (come apart).. If your non-stock exhaust system leaked or if it is too close to the springs they can come apart in a hurry.
Generally that's the easiest way to ruin a spring, but they can also be damaged by running over something and damaging the spring (putting a notch in it) and then the spring will eventually fail from fatigue.
You wouldn't happen to have bought that car from a guy in NJ did you? I think my friend used to own that car, he had a similar side exhaust, and an LS6 crate motor.
Well it was definitely the spring, you can see the cracks in the fiberglass.
So this is what a Corvette is supposed to handle like

they can crack. years back i was going for a ride with a guy in a quite new c5, jumped a set of railroad tracks around 90, maybe 2-3" of air, not a lot, came down. both springs cracked. didn't even notice it at first, really showed up when cornering. spring rate was a LOT softer
