Default Cooling fans inop

The cooling fans in my 1999 are inoperative. Fuse is good. What can I check next?

Not sure what you mean by inoperative? When you turn on the A/C do the fans run? What temps are you reaching and the fans not coming on? But here is a link that may help

I am reaching temps over 220. Based on data on the link you sent, should I expect to reach 230 before the fans start?

Yes you should expect to see a temp of about 226 before the fans are programmed to come on. That is WITHOUT the A/C on. I think you might even see 230 if the gauges aren't accurate before they come on... 8vette7 correct me if I'm wrong.
If your have the A/C on the fans should come on around 185....

8vette7 asked a great question... which fuse? there are three...

I am still learning MUCH from him... so pay attention when he speaks!
