Default LS6 Intake Swap Question

Im doing an LS6 intake swap on my 98 conv. and I had a question about the 4 brass fittings on the top of the intake. Are all 4 brass fittings supposed to look the same and be threaded? The front right one on my intake doesnt look right to me. Heres a couple photos.

Supposed to be threaded, those are where the fuel rail mounting bolts go

Do you know if the threads on that one (right front) are supposed to be just like the other 3 with brass inserts or does it have a smaller thread on that 1. Also where can I get new brass insert if needed and how do you change it out

should be the same as the others... hard to tell but is there a bolt broken off inside it?
