HUD Adjustment Question
Hey fellas, quick question regarding my father's 02 Vert Heads Up Display adjustability...
Since my father's passing a couple months ago, I've been spending a ton of money and time in getting his car back to tip top condition.
The last item in question is his HUD. Initially I thought is was not functioning, though while working on the seat and AC control module repair i noticed that in fact it was working, but was too low on the windshield to be seen. I've tried to use the adjustment buttons on the right HUD control, which does slightly raise and lower the display, but it is still too low to be of any use to anyone besides a "little person".
Do you guys know if the HUD can be fixed AT&T his point, of is it simply something i should replace? I would think the it could be tinkered with under the dash, but I'd hate to make things worse by going in "blind" at it with a screwdriver or something.

Absolutely awesome man, thanks a bunch....
When I took my father shopping for his Vette, I told him to buy a C6 so I would have to learn all the issues for both his car and mine.... Now that he's left it to me, I don't have a choice.
Again, the members of this forum are a VAST WEALTH of knowledge and assistance, and I thank all of you for your continued support with both of my Vette's!
