Takes about 10 minutes. You'll need a flat blade screwdriver to remove intake duct and a 10mm socket to remove the 3 bolts. Remove the 2 cables and one crank case breather line (from pass valve cover) and slide it right out. Reverse for installation. :)
(edit) oops forgot about coolant. Got the bypass? If not a couple of hefty hemastats or 2 vicegrips to lightly crimp the coolant lines when you remove them from throttle body will reduce coolant spillage to a drop or 2.

Piece of cake if you know the difference between a box and open end wrench. Takes 30 minutes max. Be sure to use a torque wrench 12N-m is spec
