Default Slave cylinder failure *video*

I got a big racket of noise from the clutch area at the track last saturday. Figured it was my clutch that finally was failing. When I removed the clutch today, I saw the slave cylinder seal was all beat up, also this video I post, I don't think this is normal behavior or tolerance is it?

The clutch itself is fine with much material left. I already have a new one in route though.

I guess you'll know when the new one arrives... Doesn't sound or look good.

The new ones are different, and wont tell you much. That's how my original looked when i took it out, still worked fine. There was a random loose ring of metal in mine as well that must have worn off from someplace, it was about the same diameter as the id of the bearing face so must have come from it. And the sleeve it rode on was totally dry and had huge groves in it. Honestly i have no idea how it worked.
