Need Help - Checking Airbag Clockspring
I'm taking both airbags from one '02 and installing them in my '02. Mine might have been deployed during the tornado when it went airborne(or when it landed). Not sure. Messing with these airbags scares the crap out of me. We did all the right things taking them out - removing the fuse and grounding the pos and neg cables together to ground out any residual voltage.
So what do I do now? I'm told that I need to check the clockspring. How?
I don't want to become a statistic.
