Default Power steering not work

I just upgrade 8rib system and i have to remove steering rack and powersteering pump. Now power steering not work. Sometimes i get dtc 1281 and 1288, what meaning swps... I was thinking -97 dont have swps sensor because dont have AH. When rack was off, steering wheel was not lock because i was think steering wheel position is not any matter in -97. Can that make power steering not working? Can swps calibrate?

You should have power steering regardless of an issue with the SWPS. What do you mean when you say it does not work. Be specific.

Also, how did you get the air out of the system? Did you follow the FSM or just wing it with a DIY effort?

I can get you a good link for resetting the SWPS but it is at home. It can be done manually with a voltmeter if you don't have a Tech 2. That is the link I have.

The SWPS inputs to the Magnasteer system regardless of whether you have AH or not.

Today i check swps with voltage meter and steering wheel was wrong round. I loose steering joint and spin steering wheel till i get 2.5v when wheel was straight. Then i rest dtc and get swps working fine. But still nothing happend with power steering. I try to bleed system, i lift front wheels and spin wheel 20 times. Then start engine and do same again. I drive 50km and still power steering not work. Steering is really hard and have to use both hand to turn steering wheel. I loose pressure hose from rack and start engine. Only abit oil come out, so look like pump is totally dead. I just order new pump.

did you remove the cap from the power steering reservoir when bleeding the system?... if there is any air trapped in there you need to give it a way to escape

I take off cap before bleeding. Really strange that oil just come abit when loose pressure hose what leaving from pump. Look like pump not make any pressure. Pump was off when i change 8 rib pulley system to my novi2000.

that is weird if it worked before but not afterwards... I would double check the fittings at the rack and make sure those didn't get crossed up somehow... or maybe the ps pulley is spinning on the shaft which would cause the pump not to turn... just go over it really good, I don't think a pump would just go bad like that

I check hoses and those look right on my eyes. Pump hose and steering rack can install cross, but i check service manual and i think those are right.
I have to hit pulley with hammer because my install tool was abit too short. Maybe that would work with 6 rib pulley. But still hard to believe pump can die for that. Bearing dont like if hit pulley too much. Installing pulley is PITA even use cold spray to shaft and heat pulley.
