I have a question on the lower control arm ball joint stud torque.
1st pass 15 lb/ft
2nd pass 210 deg
final pass 52 lb/ft

What does 2nd pass mean?

It is referring to angle measured in degrees on a torque angle meter. Can be performed via torque wrench or breaker bar depending how you wish to proceed. Get yourself an angle guage.
