Key Fob

key fob stopped working-put in a new battery and it worked for a day with standard "two button" start...then stopped....reset again and it worked....did the "DIC" reset and it worked...then stopped...two button reset...it worked for an hour and quit....what is going on with it???..don't know if it is the fob or the car!!!
