seat memory problems

when I use my fob the memory sets everything to the previous owner. the memory switch doesn't light up and I don't think it is working. does it have a fuse? and is there a way to keep the settings for me when I use the fob if the switch isn't working. in other words nothing move when I use the fob. 99 corvette

No you cannot set the memory EXCEPT with the switches on the door.

Lots of info in the Owners Manual on how the memory works.

yes I checked the cables and yes I have a manual. I have comm with the left door control module . it must be the switch itself. thanks for your input.

Memory switch faults may be listed there. B2242 and B2244. Might be other related codes as well.

Whenever I lock my car with the FOB when I start it back on it forgot my settings and the AC is on....
way annoying
