when I use my fob the memory sets everything to the previous owner. the memory switch doesn't light up and I don't think it is working. does it have a fuse? and is there a way to keep the settings for me when I use the fob if the switch isn't working. in other words nothing move when I use the fob. 99 corvette
Did you pull the codes to see if there are any LDCM DTC's???
Memory switch faults may be listed there. B2242 and B2244. Might be other related codes as well.
how can it be operator error if the switch isn't working?? maybe you know something I don't.
is there a fuse just for the memory and is it possible to unlock the car with the fob and the memory not default to previous owner. the switch does not light and may not work?

So you set the DIC to have easy exit and entry on? You put your seat where you want it then held down the #1 button on the door until it blinked after opening with FOB #1? You're using a factory FOB? Sorry if I missed anything, on my phone getting my hair cut.
