c1276 code on hci car
Hi... Keep getting a tcs code c1276 which is a delivered torque circuit fault. I have verified that grounds are good and the circuit is not broken. With a tech 2 the requested torque is 90 and the delivered torque is 22. Car has a ls2 throttle with caspers harness.. Stock maf 36 inj ported heads kooks headers comp cam fast intake.
Did not have issue prior to hopping up engine. Anyone run into this,

No damage to pcm or ebcm wires. I pinned out connections and verified grounds. Verified grounds at cyl head and both sides of the block were reconnected. Am working with efi live. Is there a table for the torque model that needs to be changed for this?
