Headlights open intermittently
I just changed my battery in hoping that it's a power issue and it also cleared a lot of codes and left me with one code left

Is this code an easy fix because it keeps coming back after I reset them.
Anyway, So what can I do with the intermittent headlights open/close. Sometimes the driver side is the only one that pops open but after quickly switching it on and off both opens. Both have brass gears installed.
The cool thing about having these kind of pop up headlights is they keep your headlights in great condition and don't turn yellow after so many years because they're covered from the sun when not in use. If only they can make it a perfect design to last longer.
Two weeks ago I just bought this 1999 Corvette Convertible Red Torch and it's clean.
