Engine Removal
I have run several searches in the forum under "C5 Engine removal" yet not one thread came up. I know these exist in the forum. Can anyone link me to a few threads that show step by step how you seperate the C5 chasiss from the body to get at engine so you can remove. Thanks-

Im in NC let me know if you need someone to do it.
Basically all your doing though is removing the whole wiring harness from anything connected to the motor and moving it out the way. Remove radiator stuff. Remove the fuel and vaccum stuff. Remove the heads. Unhook steering stuff and power steering stuff. Remove steering rack. Unbolt the motor from the mounts and bellhousing. Then drop the cradle and slide the motor off the input shaft while its on a lift and Walla.
Unless your doing it from the bottom...
