So a previous owner glued on an aftermarket antenna and while trying to remove it the antenna broke off. Where can I get a replacement for one of these?? Here's a pic.
The piece I need obviously is the part that is being held by the bracket that the antenna cord plugs into. The bolt on the top of it broke off. I dont even see how you would get the piece off, its attached by rivets. Somebody point me in the right direction.
I'd check with something like Corvetterecyclers.com or any of the many people on the FS section parting out cars to see if they might have the full unit. Removing rivets is not that difficult if you just buy the top piece, just need the right size drill bit and preferably a drill press.
C5Z broke antenna.. need help!
