Comp 941 Valve Springs?
Are the Comp 941 valve springs with ti retainers a viable choice of springs when doing a 224/224 114lsa cam replacemant using stock heads?

The 941s have a history of breakage, I would avoid them. The 918s are better but lately I have heard of some cases of breakage with the 918s also. Bear in mind that the 941s and the 918s are single springs and if they break serious damage can be done to your engine. You are better off with a dual sping setup, give Westcoast Cylinder Heads a call. They have a dual valve spring setup that does not require machining the heads to install them. Good Luck!!!!!
