Default Hvac short to ground codes

Finished up some changes (to put it mildly) and I've Been getting 4 codes that keep coming back after being cleared and they never read as current. They always come back as H codes and I can't figure out the condition that causes them. Everything works just fine. I reset them go out for a drive ,use all the systems related to the codes all work ok and then I get the 4 codes and like I said all go straight to history ..never current. All codes all short to ground codes...here they are
B0332 outside temp sensor short to grd
B0337 inside temp sensor short to grd
B0361 left actuator short to grd
B0365 right actuator short to ground
I pulled the outside temp sensor and measure just under 5volts to the + side and it seemed that I measured .04 volts on the ground...does that make sense?? Need to check that again.
What Is the common demonomenator here?? Hvac control unit in the car?? Any ideas where to start?
Thx in advance

You should be looking at measuring the resistance on the power side to ground with the sensor disconnected. Should be infinite (or close).

All those shorts would seem to be a control unit issue and not a bunch of wires that are grounded. Not at home with the FSM to help more at this time.
