2000 C5 Dash Lights

2000 C5 Dash Lights
The 2000 C5, I am thinking of buying, dash lights and tail lights are not working. I replaced the #6 fuse, but no luck. I am afraid it is the turn signal stalk. I was quoted $500 to replace it. Has anyone had this issue and what did it cost to fix?

With regard to the Fog lights, if they don't work and the dash bulb is also out it is probably one of these in the Engine Fuse Box.

Relay 39 If you don't know how to test a relay you can just swap another one in and see what happens.

I ran into an issue like this before... same thing was happening, no interior lights, taillights/turn signals were wonky, and it kept blowing a 10a fuse in the passenger footwell fuse box... I checked grounds, turn signal switch, etc and could not find anything... I had recently installed led taillights and neglected to check those at first... since they were new I figured they were fine, well it turns out that the 2 inner taillight sockets had completely melted
... got them replaced and haven't had an issue since... it would be worth a shot to pull the taillights out and inspect the bulbs/sockets/wiring
