The 2000 C5, I am thinking of buying, dash lights and tail lights are not working. I replaced the #6 fuse, but no luck. I am afraid it is the turn signal stalk. I was quoted $500 to replace it. Has anyone had this issue and what did it cost to fix?
I forgot to add the fog lights are not working too. Not sure if this is related. The fog lights do not come on when I press the button and it does not light up either.

I ran into an issue like this before... same thing was happening, no interior lights, taillights/turn signals were wonky, and it kept blowing a 10a fuse in the passenger footwell fuse box... I checked grounds, turn signal switch, etc and could not find anything... I had recently installed led taillights and neglected to check those at first... since they were new I figured they were fine, well it turns out that the 2 inner taillight sockets had completely melted... got them replaced and haven't had an issue since... it would be worth a shot to pull the taillights out and inspect the bulbs/sockets/wiring
