Air conditioning turns hot
I have a '99 C5 and have had some troubles with the air conditioning. Every once in a while I will be driving with the A/C on cold and it will turn hot. I then turn the temp dial from cold to hot then back to cold again and it resets somehow and starts pushing cold air again.
Is there some door that is closing or temperature sensor or something like that going on that causes this issue?

The doors get off track , you can reset though the dic , but sometimes it doesn't work. I have to reset it HVAC with my door open and when it gets cold before it gos to the hot,shut the car off and it should stay at that spot. It ghetto but works . you can also try resetting then slowly turn it down leaving it on a number till it gos back to outside temp for each number its a pita lol, you can also set it back on track sometimes put it on 70 and reset and anytime you take the battery off, put it on 70 and passenger in the middle.
