Melbourne, Florida Vette Techs - Recommendations Needed
My tech, who was the best, was in a car wreck, and may not come back to work. Does anyone know of a good Vette tech. in the Melbourne, Florida area?

Pirate...
The only guy that EVER touched ANY of my cars or frinds of mine's cars when I was in Melbourne is a guy named Scott Vanderspool. He owns a shop off Post road (Vandy's right near the tracks when you turn from US1) in N Melbourne. He's an Olds guy (has a 9-sec 442) who has been working on 5.0 Mustangs, F-bods and Corvettes for a very long time. He is extraordinarily fair priced, does incredible work, and you can believe every word he says. If you have any questions feel free to email me...he's done a lot of work in the area, so you could easily get a feel for his reputation. If you need to go to a dealer, look up Bobby Christoff at Jim Rathman Chevy (he's either there or he's moved to Palm Bay Chevy, closer to his home)...he can point you in the right direction. Tell 'em Ronnie sent you.

I agree wholeheartedly...as anyone here knows, I am a HUGE Mike Norris proponent, and nobody touches my car but him performance wise...I was just offering him a much closer, and very good alternative...shoulda gave the plug for Mike first :D
