Default PAG Oil Viscosity

I am replacing only the accumulator and orifice tube in my 02. I did a search on PAG oil viscosity and want to verify the results since it is a bit confusing.

1) Oil now in my 02 is PAG 150 part number 12345923
2) GM discontinued this number and now list 12378526 (which one post stated was what was listed in their 03 manual) which is a PAG 46 viscosity but a GM specific formulation which may or may not be different than generic PAG 46?

I am thinking I should use a generic PAG 150 oil or buy 12378526 at a dealer. Any advantage to one over the other?

I'm getting ready to do a compressor change on my 99 and 46 is what was used in the write up I saved from a member who did the job before.

I am not sure if the GM / AC Delco PAG 46 really has magic pixie dust in it since is much more expensive than generic PAG 46 but some updated part numbers for 8 oz are:

Cartridge: 88901445 or 10-5026
Bottle: 89022191 or 10-5040

The bottle is around $13.00 on line.
