Default 98 C5 HVAC question

Hi,
Newbe here trying to help a friend with a 98 C5 HVAC problem ( dual zone system)

Problem:
Seems to be no air flow on drivers side and little on passenger side. This is the same with any vents selected and with heat or A/C. (fan running at max speed) Talking air flow here, not cold or hot.
I searched through the great forum here and found lots of info on lack of cold air, but nothing on lack of air flow from vents.....

-Steps so far:
“Freon” added by another with no change.
Tried “fuse 27” removal for 80 seconds with no change.
HVAC shows “no codes”
There were lots of other codes... I cleared them all and will see what returns next week-end.

Is my next logical step to pull the battery and inspect the vacuum lines underneath? OR ?? has someone experienced this problem and found a solution?
Many thanks in advance

Roy

If Re-Indexing doesn't fix it, which it probably will.

Check all the vacuum lines that run to the HVAC system, they are very prone to cracking because they are located under the battery tray. You can do a search on this subject as well and will find many threads, I replaced nearly all my plastic vacuum lines with rubber because a few had holes in them.
